OFFERS

Three ways to work together.

A short format to decide, a medium one to deliver, a long one to make it last. Day rate shown, each offer priced on request.

5 days

GenAI Flash Audit

Know where you stand in 5 days, and what to do next.

For a team that already has a POC, a pilot or a clear idea, and wants to decide based on facts.

  • Assessment of your current setup: prompts, data, architecture, costs.
  • Measured evaluation on your real cases, not a demo.
  • Prioritised roadmap: what to take to production, what to stop.
  • One-hour debrief with your decision-makers.

Long-term engagement

Ongoing support

Productionise, govern, upskill your teams.

For a CTO or Head of Data who wants to go from one agent to several, without multiplying the risk.

  • Governance: rules for evaluation, review and release to production.
  • Productionisation: CI/CD, observability, costs, security.
  • Upskilling your engineers through pairing.
  • Monthly review with your decision-makers on measured indicators.

Day rate €600 excl. VAT / day

Each offer is quoted on request, after an initial 30-minute conversation.

FROM POC TO REAL USE

Four steps. No dead-end demos.

An agent that impresses in a meeting is useless if nobody is using it a month later. I build the other way round: usage first, then the model.

  1. Scoping

We pick a use case your teams already handle by hand, and we pin down what ‘success’ means.

    • One business line, one workflow, named users.
    • Measurable success criteria before the first line of code.
    • Data, access and regulatory constraints listed from day one.
  2. Evaluated prototype

A prototype on your real data, judged by an evaluation set, not by a gut feeling.

    • Test set drawn from real cases, annotated alongside business users.
    • LLM-as-judge in pairwise A/B to compare each version.
    • Go / no-go decision based on numbers, not impressions.
  3. Productionisation

The agent goes live on Google Cloud, held to the same standards as a critical service.

    • Cloud Run, Firestore, KMS, OIDC: security and identity handled.
    • Every LLM call traced in Langfuse and Cloud Trace.
    • Blocking guardrails: the agent abstains rather than inventing an answer.
  4. Adoption

The agent learns from your teams’ feedback and stays under their control.

    • Agent memory: individual preferences and patterns validated by senior staff.
    • Human ↔ agent review loop supervised by an LLM judge.
    • Handover to your team: monitoring, costs, review procedures.

[tool] playbook.search(clause="limitation of liability") → 2 internal rules

[guard] clause 17: source not found → revision blocked, flagged to the lawyer

PROJECTS

Agents and models that actually got used.

Nine projects, from medical imaging to GenAI agents. Each one with the problem, what I did, and what came out of it.

Converteo · Google DAF / PSF funding2026

Agent SoW: compliant Statements of Work, no re-keying

Statements of Work take too long to produce and often break the funding rules: caps, fair market value, formats.

Result In production for managers and sales teams.

  • GenAI & agents
  • LLMOps & productionisation

Confidential client · scientific briefs2026

Multi-agent KOL system: scientific briefs with no invented sources

Preparing an outreach brief on a scientific key opinion leader takes hours, and an LLM on its own invents references.

Result 0 hallucinated citations across the briefs produced.

  • GenAI & agents

Echo AI2023-2024

Medical emergencies: prioritising calls in real time

Emergency dispatchers have seconds to triage a call, with partial information and lives at stake.

Result Classification into 5 emergency levels and a continuous stroke / heart attack risk score.

  • ML / Deep Learning
  • Healthcare & regulatory

Devoteam2024-2025

Multimodal RAG / KAG: image–text search that returns the right answer

On a large corpus mixing images and text, search returned results of poor relevance, with no reproducible way to evaluate them.

Result Measurable retrieval improvement on the evaluation protocol.

  • GenAI & agents
  • LLMOps & productionisation
  • ML / Deep Learning

Cegedim2022-2023

FHIR health data warehouse

Patient data is siloed across practice management software, making it impossible to use as a whole.

Result POC validated and operational handover to the teams.

    Data & AI consultant

I put that rigour to work for your teams: GenAI agents that go from POC to real use.

    Today

HOW I WORK

Four rules I don’t negotiate.

  1. No dead-end demos

A prototype only counts if it has named users and a production date.

I scope the use case before the model, and I measure adoption afterwards.

  2. Maker ≠ checker

The agent that produces is never the one that verifies: a sceptic reviews, and programmatic verification has the final say.

This pattern is what delivered 0 hallucinated citations on the KOL multi-agent system.

  3. Every LLM call is traced

Prompt, tool called, cost, latency, judge verdict: everything is in Langfuse and Cloud Trace.

When an agent gets it wrong, you know where, why, and how much it cost.

  4. The business decides, the agent executes

Compliance rules are coded deterministically, preferences come from senior staff, the agent applies them.

When a source is missing, it abstains and hands over to a human.
